Two ways to do this quick and dirty with Toggl browser extension. Thenwith bidirectional ticket updates using the rest api. Unless you need the team and project management billing features it's free.

At the pricing is not good
Kanbanflow with their timer with the free version doesn't compare to this but I can see the billing side of things.
