If I am connecting Tor and any VPN in phone what IP will be shown as public?
Now I am connected in 2 VPN.
What is the benefits and disadvantage in it?

Depends on the order of the VPN connection. The last one in the chain will always be the public facing IP.

I'd argue that this is less secure than using a single VPN. You're exposing yourself to twice the amount of inherent risk. Instead of a single service that could be compromised, you now have 2 (or however many are being used).

With each VPN service/server your local workstation is having to add another layer of encryption. Encrypting anything past the first well-encrypted hash is pointless and causes lots of extra work on your end.

The one point I could see for doing this might actually be your use case. If I'm using a public wifi access point and wanted to be sure nobody was eaves dropping, then I'd probably be connecting to my own VPN server, and then using that connection for the TOR network.

If your used to using the TOR network, you should understand what I've been talking about here. TOR connecting through many nodes does a different round of encryption for each node. Just test how fast the normal network connection is compared to the TOR connection!

Anonymizing is not a fast activity.

I've never heard of Orbot, and don't know what sorts of connections your phone is able to use, so we don't have enough information here to figure out why it's not connecting.

@lakshmana So Orfox browser works, but Chrome doesn't. Sounds like the proxy settings in Chrome need changed to work with Orbot.

There is no proxy settings available.I tried making the application for Google chrome in VPN mode.

There is an option available as Apps VPN Mode in that mode also internet is not working in Chrome.

@lakshmana They hid this settings page in the current version.

From Settings page -> Advanced (very bottom) -> Under System, click 'Open Proxy Settings'. That will bring up what they think is the proxy settings panel for the operating system. So apparently, you have to enter the VPN settings there now instead of Chrome using it's own settings.
