Telegram Doubt

How many of using Telegram.I have subscribed many channels in Telegram.With the channels I am facing one issue is that I am not able download the movie in browser by copying the link.
Anyone has idea about it.
Example) Transformer 5 movie is uploaded in one of the channels,I am able copy the words but not the link.Any good ideas.Why I am preferring the app is when I disconnect internet the download of the file is starting from the beginning so it should not happen for that I need to copy the link of the movie
How to do this?

probably not, it's not a hosted file on a web server, it's likely a file inside Telegram, or a direct transfer from the sender to you over Telegram. Not something you can use a browser for.
