      Hey all,

So here is my dilemma. I don't want Windows 8.1 to auto-lock the screen after a period of inactivity. I would like to turn off the setting but cannot find it for the life of me. I have the setting with putting the screen the sleep set to Never but I can't find where to prevent the auto-locking. I know on XP it was under the screensaver settings but I have no idea where to look. My Google-Fu is weak on this one.

      Any help is much appreciated!

      Thanks,
      A.J.

It's still under Screen Saver settings. Windows key and "Screen Saver", then select "turn screen saver on or off". It looks the same as XP from what I recall with the "On resume, display logon screen" check box.

Wow...totally missed that. Never occurred to me (stupid me) to just search "screen saver" in the Windows menu. I'll post back to let you know if it's fully resolved or not. Thanks!
