Anyone ever work with one of these?

I can't seem to find the correct documents to locate the hard drive so I can wipe it.

from the manual I found it looks to be a copier. Hopefully this helps with finding it. page 55.jpg page 56.jpg

I was on my iPad, and I don't type well on it. To much damage to the hands with 25 years of IT work... The Bizhub is a MFP - Copier.

Same book I have.. sadly I tore out the back and the side and alas no HDD was found. The service tech was even less helpful - how lame.

We are donating the thing off and want to make sure that nothing is left that could breach security.

Back on the inter-webs for searching.

@g.jacobse Not all of them have the HDD I've had many Ricoh & Konica Minolta missing the HDD. It's almost always behind a back panel mounted to a metal tray. They are usually SCSI if that helps.

That does help,.. pulling the back panel revealed all the boards but no HDD.
Not say it is or not,.. but most references I've found thus far points to IDE...

                I did however find this:

                KM 600 Security PDF

Which may help.. if it does have the HDD... it appears that it has the tools internal to wipe it.

@g.jacobse Mode 2 should be good enough.
