When I visited the link, it was a video on driving courtesy in Japan.
But in the subject of slurping soup. It is onto polite to slurp Japanese NOODLES in a soup. Ramen and somen are two examples of this. Slurping soup itself is not polite. Also slurping spaghetti is not polite.

I thought that it must from the way that you presented it. But when I go to the site there is nothing but talk of customer service and soup slurping. I tried the link from different machines a day apart thinking that something must have been wrong. I thought that there must be a video and looked for one but didn't find anything.
