I mean... while the composition itself is somehow valid, it doesn't make much sense.

• "Ruine, die" (female) -> "Ruin". For example a castle ruin
• "Lust, die" (female) -> "Lust". Could mean different things, depending on the context. For example: Having fun, passion, even sexual pleasure.

Never heard "Backpfeifengesicht". "Backpfeife" is an older word for "slap in the face". "Gesicht" can be directly translated to "face". Backpfeifengesicht is like saying "got a slap in the face in my face". Weird.

Oh, wait. Seems to be a 1999 song from "Die Ärzte" (the doctors), a German pop-punk band.

What comes way closer to the "d*ckhead'" mentioned in the video is "Arschgesicht" - literally "B*tthead".
