And it is my ERL in the colo. Not sure why yet, but it is rerouting the connection to the default port forward rule. I tried logging in with my normal admin credentials and it worked.

The web config looks to be correct. It has the
IsSetupflag false.<add key="IsSetup" value="false"></add> <add key="AllowRemoteSetup" value="true"></add> <add key="SetupRedirectFilter" value="aspx"></add> <add key="SetupPage" value="~/SetupWizard.aspx"></add> -
If I manually go to http://10.254.0.36:8040/SetupWizard.aspx it redirects me to Administration.aspx which is what should only happen after setup.

And something is intercepting it or something.
I logged into a Windows VM on the same network with ScreenConnect instead of connecting VIA an IPSEC VPN from my house and I see the setup wizard.
I be confused...

As my goal is to migrate my ScreenConnect installation, it is kind of hard to use said installation..

There is an allow remote setup setting (see above snippet), but it is set to true by default.
