According to these guys, FireFox is saving many gigs of writes to your SSD daily to save tab state data. This might be reducing your SSD life.

Under About:config
Change browser.sessionstore.interval from 15000 to 1500000 or higher

This changes the default behavior of saving your tab data every 15 seconds to every 150 seconds. Feel free to change it to your desired time.
