Inspiring " What advice do you have to any individuals aspiring to pursue a career in IT?

Never stop learning, never stop expanding your skill set. Do not become stale and complacent in your job, lest you become obsolete before you know it. Be flexible in what you are able to do, yet at the same time, maintain a high level of skill in a specialized, niche area. I have been successful in getting new jobs because I had a skill that was needed that nobody else had. Read constantly, and set up test environments where you can practice and learn.
