      @scottalanmiller i have already a CRM Application and want to integrate with Elastix so what should i do from Elastix Side to make the integration ?

        It depends on what the CRM is, Elastix is just Asterisk, so the CRM can interface in any way that it can talk to Asterisk or to its logs. Which CRM it is will be a factor. Which CRM do you have?

            It sounds like you'd have to write some custom code to do the integration you mention here. That may or may not be a skillset you have, and depending on the company, they may or may not want to farm that out to a 3rd party to do depending on cost.

              That's what I'm thinking. vTiger and SugerCRM have built in integration options, but using an ad hoc tool requires that CRM (or ERP in this case) to have build the necessary integrations and they probably have not.
