O365 create new alias help

I deleted all my extra email account as they were being forwarded anyway. I need to make aliases (which hopefully can be forwarded). My Google-fu is not working today. All MS sites point me to pages or places that aren't on my dashboard. Has anyone created an email alias on the newest O365 platform that can point me in the right direction?

Go into Users, pick a user, then go into more Settings>Exchange Properties. In the email address section, you can add alternate email addresses.

@alexntg Thanks, but dammit...I got to users, pick me and click on settings (left hand side). I have a red box "you can't edit yoru own security settings, so not all settings are available here."
I have assign admin access to your company, set sign-in status, set user location and Assign admin access to companies you support.
