The pictures are not corrupt. They never uploaded. She "submitted" before the images uploaded. So it captured the status of the upload as the fail text for the image tag. Quote her post so that it isn't processed and you can see the state of the upload.

I was uploading and encountered this error

If I ever end up in the Philippines I'll let you know sir :-), I love the appalachian mountains, and I love the water (that's one perk about Maryland), so I wouldn't mind traversing y'alls backyard

It'll be fun. The actual person who is supposed to be competing was unable to make it, so I'm the runner-up taking their place.
