Migration 2003 to 2008

After changing the roles FSMO the RID, schema and infra are showing the old 2003 server not the new one.
What to be done for solving this issue

Just migrating will maintain the existing level. You will need to upgrade the level on the new server after all 2003 DCs are demoted.

Are you confusing the Roles with the FFL(Forest Function Level) and DFL(Domain Function Level)?

How did you change the roles?
If you just add a newer AD, the roles don't move - you have to move them manually, or they should move automatically when you dcpromo down the old AD server. Though this is not suggested. You should move the roles manually before you dcpromo down an AD.

Just installed a new server 2008 then added it to child domain and transferred FSMO manually using dcpromo added ad role and dns role
everything went successfully so we waited for a long time even then the operation master is not changed it is showing the old server

down there the computer is not showing the new one the old one is only listing

In this situation, you have to do the change from the server you want the role to move to.
Looking at this picture, I'd assume that you are on server named blr-ad1

the thing is here my senior did the migration when the operation master did not changed he gave me the responsibility to me to do. As far i searched everyone suggesting to redo the migration activity.
So what can i do now???
