Number (since I can't do hastags ) 6 is a good one. Seems that a lot of outfits go overboard with redundancy and actually do so in such a way that it over-complicates their infrastructure, causing longer recovery times in the event of a disaster.

@Bill-Kindle in the example, they ever added just internal redundancy in products - not just a in infrastructure. Things like redundant controllers in SAN we often see causing more outages than they prevent.
