I think issue is more that some things have started to be duplicates. A couple of times the same post has been put up and when someone mentions it, no one responds.
The initial posts are definitely fine (each one once.) but like the 10 things you just linked, that was one of at least two "10 things" of the same topic.

It's a bit like talking in a circle.
I said "Nobody is talking about you outside of your platform, I need to hear from others that they trust and use you.
The reply I receive "Hey visit OUR website for these reviews"
Hence the frustration where it feels like the listening is not happening.

@Breffni-Potter I wonder if that Mary is a Spiceworks person posting things for Continuum. I've not seen that ........ service go over well yet. We've got plenty of places to get mindless minion posts elsewhere, don't degrade the quality of the service you used to provide with this sort of thing!

No, those people are designated as "Person FOR Vendor", they are very easy to spot. Would be incredibly unlikely given Mary's is responsible for Continuum investigating MangoLassi.

Oh, it's just me grousing about the people Spiceworks has that post as "Green Guys" for other companies.

None of that here. Continuum is all internal. But tons of companies do it, something like half of the GG posting is from SW staff. It's always been an issue because they don't know the products, the IT and can't get resources when needed. That is part of what bit them during the Lenovo theft ordeal. They kept responding as if they were Lenovo but could not resolve the issue that Lenovo had responsibilities that it was avoiding. Lenovo themselves were ignoring both SW and us.
