So I'm just performing an update on my xen server and it's taking it's sweet time doing it...

Are you using the patcher python script? I've had that one take 10-20 minutes before.

No this was the one from XenCenter.

I just destroyed the patch as it seemed to be bugged.

xe patch-list
xe patch-destroy uuid=<UUID of Patch>
