So this didn't used to be an issue when the site was first founded but it has been in recent times...

      Windows 10 Pro x64
      Google Chrome

When I am typing a post, whether that is quoting someone or an OP, it used to be that as I typed the page would auto-scroll down, but it doesn't do that anymore, and it's driving me nuts!

Also, there is an issue where sometimes I cannot click to get my cursor in the last few lines of the post I'm writing...it just will not click. Used a mouse, touchpad, etc. I have to click up a little ways and then use the down arrows to move my cursor to the correct place. The interface is nice and fast but it's gotten kinda buggy it feels like. Any advice?

Do you have a plugin, like Lastpass, that adds extra bars at the top of Chrome? I've noticed this is the issue when I post. The solution is to close those extra bars.

Quoting the OP to try this in Firefox.

The auto-scroll down is working in Firefox. However, trying to click on the work "Quoting" or below, the cursor disappeared and I had to click in the OP and arrow down the same as I did in Chrome...

What do you mean extra bars? I do use LastPass, yes. But the only bars I have are the tabs bar, address bar and bookmark bar.

Pixels. The whole bottom of the browser is dead to the mouse.

Ok, the scrolling thing appears to be a Chrome issue...which is pretty annoying.

Phew ... I thought I was going (more) crazy.

This only happens on my laptop screen, though. On my 23" at work is fine. (Same computer ... docking station.)

I haven't had a chance to use my docking station in months, but I am using my laptop...
