      How long did the copy take? Are the files still on the USB drive?

        I have given the USB and the files take 10-20 Minutes copy to my laptop

              Maybe try a copy at the command line instead. Or even use Robocopy.

                I have downloaded Malwarebytes now scanning the system where there are about 470 Viruses being found and waiting for the result of Malwarebytes now

                        In your earlier screenshot it was the E drive that was showing as blank. Now you are copying from E to F. Are you sure that you are moving files in the right direction?

                          Also, as just a matter of good practice, avoid putting spaces in file and folder names. It works but just adds unnecessary complications.

                            Yeah.I have moved the folder from E to F drive by creating new folder in the F drive now

                              But E is the empty drive. That's not what you were supposed to be testing. Try copying the files again, not the empty folder.
