        i read that one, but they offer a hotfix, the problem is i cannot even reach the logon screen to acces the desktop, just after selecting : start windows normally option i get that BLOD

              the computer is about 3 years now
              and nothing special happened to it or at lease the user didn't tell that something wrong happen to him because the user who were using this computer is limited

                If time is of the essence, I'd replace the drive and reinstall Windows, then you can connect the drive and transfer data from the old drive over.

                  yeah i already take the data from the HD, but the formatting is the last resort, i try to solve the issue without formatting

                    Personally I'd run SpinRite on it to see if that makes any difference.

                      Have you done the old drain the power from the PSU trick?

                      • Pull the power out & then hold the power button in for 30 sec.
                      • Once finished, plug the power cable back into the PC & attempt power up

                        Can you boot into safe mode?
                        Have you got a Windows DVD or USB that you can boot to?

                        If you can get to safe mode, please try:

                        SFC /SCANNOW

                            from the code of BSC, u should know whre or what is the problem ..
                            u can try this :
                            1.try safe mode ( n restore windows)
                            2.googling it ( code of error)
                            3. 1 and 2 failed, maybe reinstall windows will fix the problem

                                i cannot boot into safe mode or do nothing, even the restore points that was created before are all corrupted, i ended up formatting this piece of shit,
