 Job Description
 We’re looking for an IT help desk technician to provide internal support for employees and contractors. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people. We support PCs, BYOD, printer, faxes, copiers, etc.Basic Function/Responsibilities: 
 Mange Helpdesk Ticketing system
 Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
 Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
 Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
 Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
 Manage maintenance agreements - Request renewals
 Ship and receive IT equipment
 Other duties may be added and/or assigned as neededRequired Experience: 
 Windows 7, Microsoft Office 365
 Active Directory maintenance and Exchange 2010
 PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
 Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN WiFi
 Microsoft Server
 VMware Virtual Servers
 Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
 Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
 2 years+ experience working in a Windows environmentJob Location

 You have an entry level position that needs to have experience ins 
 O365, AD and Exchange 2010?Doesn't seem so entry level to me. 
- 
 Office 365 can definitely be an entry level task. Mostly it is just account management. At least, generally. Even O365 has some complex tasks, but I doubt that he is looking for PowerShell management skills.

 Office 365 in my case is Word, Excel and Powerpoint. On premises. Looking for someone that is eager to learn and build a career in the IT field.

 Good low cost city to be in. Nice area. I like that part of KY.
