HP has changed their models in recent times, so I'm going to find the equivalent in HP too. I usually avoid Xerox because of costly maintenance and low yield on their cartridges compared to their price. And, as someone who has used Xerox in work environments, they are not nearly as durable as they like people to think they are.

Also, are you looking for just a printer or an AIO?

What kind of volume are you looking to move through it monthly? Is it the 1-5000 pages? Also, do you need dual trays for extra paper capacity or because you use two different sizes of paper?
