It will be a basic website with some static content, no eCommerce involved.
In fact, I had setup a demo version on Wix and management is pretty OK with the design and template. However, I am not a web designer and I wanted to get this job done by a pro. We should also be able to maintain and update it regularly by ourselves. At this point in time, we are thinking of hosting with Wix but open for other options if your friends could suggest something else.

In fact I didn't worry much about the disk spec. as this data is used rarely for reference purpose and I do have a copy of this data offsite.

@nadnerB I contacted Red TiKi today, they said they are not taking any new projects unless it is for their existing clients.

The Synology box just arrived and now on my table and RAID 7 is a bit too little too late.
