What about existing servers makes you locked into a GUI?

Not particularly looking at the servers themselves, but more of the applications running on the servers. Particularly in a Windows environment.

Totally understand being able to use bash for *nix environments and their different layers, either at the OS layer or at the program layer.

Also, what are the benefits and costs between these normal forms? Not just directly monetarily, skill and time as well.

Big show for me right now is The Big Bang Theory. The wife is on Doctor Who, TBBT, and The Curse of Oak Island.

@scottalanmiller So, I believe that I am in the 1st Normal Form. As a SysAdmin, how would I be able to progress to the 2nd Normal Form? For me to learn PS? What if I already have other systems that are still on the GUI and cannot be administered by script?

Okay, let me revise that. Are there any (Free AND decent) games to play on Steam?

Are there any free games on Steam? Otherwise that is quite an investment.

Never been to Florida. Couldn't attest either way.

It's great if you enjoy heat, mosquitoes, gators, crazy people, and meth.

Not much different than Texas. According to that logic, we're 80% similar. The only difference is we don't have gators.

As in built it yourself? Nice.

Yup, this was the first bed that my dad help me build.

The end and side cubbies are already made for the bed. I still have to build the storage box to fill the rest of the empty space to complete the beds themselves. Then I'll start on the hutch. I have to modify the hutch a little bit in order to get the entire thing to fit into the room.

I work just the usual M-F 8-5ish. Sometimes nights and weekends, if needed. I can work from home occasionally, if me or one of the kids is sick.

Do you know how they dealt with continental drift, or was that even a concern?

Nah... after a B&E, you get the hell out of Dodge.

I don't think that qualifies as "breaking" in. Who locks their chimney?

Wouldn't the flue count as a lock? Or at least be too small for a human to pass by? Either way, if someone comes down my chimney, I'm gonna shoot first.

Yup. We've only had a few cold snaps, but it hasn't been as cold as it was several years ago. This time 2 years ago, it was snowing and about brought DFW to a halt.
