The guy who posted sounds like he is crazy. The guy that has been there for years sounds reasonable.
The CEO is agreeing with my view, that the guy who has been around for years is to be trusted and the new guy demanding access and to spend money without justification should be blocked.
just finished reading and the guy that posted sure is complaining a whole lot. If it's working why fix it.

I was under the impression It was first.Also, if you lift weights first, you can lift more weight, more reps, a better weight lifting workout overall... cardio, that'll be pretty much the same anyways.
do I do like a quick run or just stretching first to warm up the muscles? Or is that the same.
A stretching fest before weight lifting is also dangerous. You really don't need to. There's no benefit to it.
On an off day, i'll go to the gym JUST to stretch and do a little cardio.
But you don't want to do it before lifting weights.... however, you may want to do a little (2 minutes) leg stretching before cardio.
OH ok ok. stretching for cardio.

Since I love playing basketball, my workouts is more geared to it. Pilates is another exercise I want add to my workouts too.
One day I went into a Pilates class thinking it was easy stretching. That class wrecked me, it was hard.
I still struggle with most the simple plank form, especially after doing other workouts.
Yes! I saw them w/paper plates so it I was like balancing paper plates that's easy. NOPE.

I was under the impression It was first.If you weight train, you want to do cardio after. It's dangerous to wear yourself out before lifting weights.
Also, technically speaking, lifting weights is better than cardio, so long as you do it right (like keep heartrate up, etc).
Cardio after a workout also helps to "clean out the burn" from working out. Without getting into any real detail... When you lift, your muscles work and release certain chemicals. Keeping your heartrate up (like cardio) after your weight lifting workout is beneficial.
