lol i only had frozen stuff at home so i made a smoothie.

Or... thaw out that frozen stuff.

oh i only have frozen fruits and frozen spinach and kale. so i threw them all in a blender w/ coconut milk and a scoop of vegan protein. basically i'll freeze the fruit or veggies from the week that i couldnt finish but is still good.
