RE: Home Price Negotiating
realtors are....IMO pretty slimy. it's in their best interest to get the highest price you're willing to pay...

RE: Home Price Negotiating
as far as price drop...that would be nice to drop from 270 to 230. depending on the market, it's possible. we bought a 265k house for 245 and thought that was very good. but the owner had the house marked up way too high.

Yep...already in the plan IF we do this...the lot next to it on the left is very small but for sale to wedge in another home...too bad we couldn't afford it to redirect the driveway some...
For sure get comps always get comps! unfinished space would take away from value for most. owner may have over payed and is hoping to recoup losses. buy a truck, then you wont have to worry about the driveway plus you look cooler in a truck.

RE: Best, free, fast web dns
well, coliver is getting 17ms pings. and I'd imagine it's b/c of hes geographic location. I think the site is hosted in NJ or something.

RE: Best, free, fast web dns

RE: Best, free, fast web dns
not sure about a cdn (or how to tell). so what steps can I take to better their experience? this is terrible. constant lock ups, time outs, etc when using web forms.

RE: Best, free, fast web dns
I get the right site, but it's the route it takes getting to the site that sucks. Caretracker tells us it's our ISP.....

Best, free, fast web dns
Any of you guys use non ISP DNS? Having issues using a site at a client and the tracert is just bad for the site. Open DNS? Whatcha got? The site is www.caretracker.com

I own that. Mine didn't come from M$ but from alliexpress.com or something like that. pretty neat. painfully high resolution on a tv though

Office Requirements and Trial for RDS 08r2
First off, what are the versions of office that will work in RDS on 08r2? And are there trials that i can show a client how it would work?
