KeePass. Been using it for years.

      https://keepass.info/

It's simple, great for organizing, and the auto-type just works.

Yeah we use this as a department solution.
Lives on a network share that we can all access.

Personal stuff I use LastPass and really like it.

Depending on what you actually mean by core would change up the recommendations for specific units. But they have the entire spectrum covered.

Just the "main" switch that everyone default gateway points to, the switch then does static routes to our other networks depending on connection, e.g. MPLS, ADSL, Misc Router.
So just a good switch with L3 lite features and 2-4 10G ports, also VLAN routing.

Trading Standards squad targets anti-5G USB stick

"So what's different between it and a virtually identical 'crystal' USB key available from various suppliers in Shenzhen, China, for around £5 per key?"

And the answer appears to be a circular sticker.

"Now, we're not 5G quantum experts but said sticker looks remarkably like one available in sheets from stationery suppliers for less than a penny each,"

      Switch choices.
48 port "Core" switch, VLAN routing (L3 capable) 10GB Base-T
Going to be replacing a 7 year old Cisco Catalyst 3560 1GB switch.

What's peoples "Go to" Manufacturer for switches? I normally go Netgear.

Any play animal crossing New horizons?

My daughter has started playing and needs some friends 😄 to fly to.

On a general note is it worth putting a "private post" only for registered users with people's "codes/username" for various games so we can add people?

Researchers Squeezed Breakneck 44.2 Tbps Through Ordinary Fiber Optic Cables

A group of scientists in Australia used a "microcomb" to accelerate internet connection speeds to breakneck speeds of 44.2 Tbps — roughly 1 million times faster than an average user's internet speed.

I've advice my friend to look at sign up for the X-Plane forum and see what people that actually use it for advice to get him up and running.

But from what i can see is CPU Core speed is important, 4-6 cores. The a good mid range GPU should be OK, 4GB vRAM+

The new MS Flight Simulator sounds like it will be pretty awesome.

From some of the stuff i've seen pop up on my news feed it looks like a beast.

If £1700 included monitors, it's pretty spot on.

Yeah the more i look into it that seems to be a good spot when you include monitors.

Been a very long time since i've looked at Gaming PC's 5-6+ years.

Been asked by a colleague to recommend a PC build to be able to play X-Plan 11 or maybe M$ Flight Sim. He's been quoted £1700 by local PC shops, but i think that's a bit OTT.

So starting simple does anyone here play flight sims?

maintaining a 3D printer can be a HUGE PITA, for a small number of prints definitely makes it worth paying others to just handle the print, you only pay for a successful print, if you own the printer, and it fails, you loose those funds, etc.

This was another reason. After reading about setup and just running the things seemed to much hard work. If I got a hobby that would use it more often I would get one.
