@Kelly If you are interested in testing against XenServer7 you can download the latest beta installer here:

It will completely install all packages. You should start with a clean install of xenserver.
This is not intended for production environments. There is one potential XenServer bug that requires a fix or workaround. We hope to have our official XenServer 7 release ready within 2 weeks.

Here are some clarifying points on what HA-Lizard is:
The HA-Lizard project is currently made up of three applications:
HA-Lizard, iSCSI-HA and a “noSAN” script which automatically creates a cluster based on our reference design for a 2-node HA cluster
HA-Lizard is an HA application specifically written for XenServer (and older XCP) environments. It provides a similar feature set when compared with XenServer HA with a few exceptions.
iSCSI-HA is a storage management application which manages DRBD, an iSCSI target, floating IP, etc.. When coupled with HA-Lizard, it allows users to create 2-node HA clusters using local storage. VMs are free to run on either host.
The net result is HA-Lizard + iSCSI-HA creates a 2-node highly available cluster which is ideally suited for small cluster deployments AND single application deployments that need to run in a highly available environment in a compact and cost effective manner.
Most of our installations are HA-Lizard + iSCSI-HA. There is a reference design on the HA-Lizard site which details all of steps for building a cluster. An installer was also created to automatically install/configure ALL packages in minutes.
The project is extensively documented on the HA-Lizard web site

iSCSI-HA - this is a storage management and storage high availability application. It is specifically written to work in a 2-node xenserver environment and allows you to utilize local storage in a high availability pool without any restrictions (meaning - live migration, etc.. will function as if you had an external SAN). It relies on DRBD for replication. Think of it as a high availability iSCSI SAN collapsed into dom0. This is the document you were referring to in your post:

noSAN Installer script - this is a script which automates the entire installation process of building a 2-node HA pool.

With all of that said - you have a few options when it comes to installation:
1- if you only need HA - then only install HA-Lizard and follow the HA-Lizard installation and reference guide. HA will work with any number of hosts in a pool - even 1 (in a 1 node pool - HA-Lizard acts as a VM watchdog)
2- If you are looking to build a 2-node HA pool with local storage (most of our users are doing this), then you will need to install both HA-Lizard AND iSCSI-HA. You can do this in one of 2 ways:
the hard way - follow our reference design for a 2 node HA pool which provides step-by-step instructions. This option is preferred for users that want to understand how the entire solution works. The reference design can be downloaded here:

the easy way - run the noSAN installer script on a fresh pair of xenserver hosts and everything will be installed for you automatically.
This installer performs ALL of the installation steps described in the reference design guide.

Although we have not fully tested against XenServer 7 yet, we don't expect much to change with the application running on XenServer 7.
The real challenge may be upgrades from 6.x. Since the XenServer 7 dom0 disk partition is significantly larger than the 4GB used in earlier versions of XenServer, there may not be a viable upgrade path for users that are utilizing local storage (regardless of whether HA-Lizard is being used).
