Proxmox is great been using it for a couple of years with little to no issues. The new Ceph wizard makes setting up Ceph quick and easy. It has Incremental backups but I prefer to just replicate VM to another node.

H, I Have worked with this software before and I was able to buy support. However that was a couple years ago and looks like the software was sold to another company. But there should be a way to export the customers and import them. I will do some checking and get back to you.

@scottalanmiller The issue is getting Let's Encrypt - SSL Certificates to work behind the nginx proxy. Are you using only the global settings AS/AV? Or are you using other installed tools. Still find spam emails counts are high with just those settings.

How did you get Zimbra to work with a nginx proxy? Got nginx proxy to work in testing with a server but not with Zimbra. Also How do you handle spam in zimbra?

True, However they should still remember the password after a few tries they should get it. Users comes in all shapes so this as simple as it is will not work for all users.

Is there any performance increase when you separate your SQL server from the Application in cases where the application allows it?

@JaredBusch I saw that, sure the info will come in useful for future projects . This weekend hopefully I can move to the ER4 with no major issues. All I am left to do is move firewall rules across/ port forwards to the ER4 and setup VPN.

@JaredBusch This is very detailed. I am going through it, thanks. Should have mentioned my needs, VPN for a few stuff as needed. I will be setting up few vlans namely default, phones, camera, guest, staff(internet only), IT etc. I know the meraki has a VLAN for VPN clients so wondering if I should have the same on the ER4?

@scottalanmiller Yeah I search for a while found nothing. What are your suggestions for VPN on the ER4. Should I have a VPN Vlan or could I just drop in on my main network? Thanks

I too moving from Meraki to ER4. Meraki MX60 works but its under powered so my internet speeds and VPN sucks. Is there anyway to easily move configurations from Meraki to ER4?
