SD-WAN...is this a viable alternative to MPLS? Have you used it? Are you using it? What has been your experience?

$600 is too much for a PRI. Was it a integrated circuit or straight PRI?
If you are ordering 23 SIP trunks to match the call path quanity of your existing PRI then $300 is resasonable
