Way to be professional about things and going through proper channels instead of calling someone out on the internet like a teenager. I'm done arguing with you about this. Your attempts at trying to ruin someones reputation with half the information your presenting is childish.

Woa. First off, I'm not going to spend time arguing about this on the internet, but lets get the record very very straight here. Perhaps some time has gone by and you forgot what actually happened, but I've got a full chat transcript and record.

Firstly, we agreed on a full project price of $300, only half of which was paid up-front as a non-refundable deposit. This was made very clear. I began work immediately. I worked on this for several hours a day for over a week straight.

Every time I would make progress on anything, we had to revert things back because of snags in your setup with jacked up plugins or something other. I informed you that there was no way I could figure out what the issue was since I didn't complete the initial setup and it seemed like there was one thing breaking another and even after process of elimination it was no dice. I advised you that I had exhausted all my efforts and advised I was never informed of these problems with the WP setup.

You then mentioned you might try some stuff and get back to me. When I went to get back to work and check to see what you mentioned I was locked out of the system.

I gave you a deal on work that needed to be done and you told me it should all be straight forward and never mentioned once, "Oh yea we have all sorts of major issues that need solved with our system that is actually preventing us from doing this ourselves". You lost a non-refundable deposit after I had spent a lot of time working on issues that were not brought up. I don't know where you got this $400 from.

My apologies if there was any confusion in any of this, but calling someone out on the internet citing facts that are not accurate is ridiculous.

Also whomever mentioned me "having career problems". This is also entirely inaccurate. I CHOSE to leave IT and take a break from technology. I then CHOSE to work for a drone company because I felt it was a good opportunity to make a difference in the world with what we were doing, I then CHOSE to go back to IT because I actually missed it. I haven't had any "career trouble".

@scottalanmiller @RojoLoco anyone who is passing through the Cleveland area, or any other part of NE Ohio, we can totally setup a carpool! It's only like a 3 and a half hour drive. Keep in mind though, we will be stopping in Buffalo at Paula's Doughnuts, on the way. So it may turn into a 4 hour excursion. Also tack on extra time for any other random shenanigans we may end up in...

I wasnt a big fan of WCIII. I only ever played original SC and WCII. And AoE of course. I think I briefly tried SCII when it came out, but , kids lol. No more gaming for me.

I played AoE and Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness for Yeeeeears! Oh and a bit of Starcraft.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to assure you all Damon (buddah) is not a "bot" he is a real live person! In fact, Damon is one of our guys at Bay Pointe and has extensive telecom and carrier services experience in case anyone needs any advice or questions answered in that arena. Ok, so thats not really the best of advice sometimes. Maybe you are in a place where you can't use your hotspot (like maybe a plane), or perhaps the hotspot died, or maybe you just can't afford one. There are a lot of reasons why someone may not be able to use a personal hotspot. In situations like those it's always good to follow a few best practices when using public WiFi.

I actually just finished doing this for a colleague of mine. He started a WP site for his kids electronics club or something and made the mistake of adding a directory in his one click install.

It's actually not a simple tweak in cpanel. Theres some work that needs to be done as all of the WP files are configured to be in that sub folder.

@Dashrender your totally right that yes its the same level of security that you get at Starbucks, but scare tactic? That definitely wasn't the intention when I wrote it, it was more so the focus of InFlight Wireless because it's a paid for service. An EXPENSIVE paid for service.
