@Breffni-Potter @MattSpeller you guys still 10/100? I was reading a post from 2015 where you stated that. We're upgrading very soon. Politics.
Fixed that last year @wirestyle22

How is it that you guys can still get the
oldbetter license prices? Is it because you were Grandfathered in or something?
If you speak to a Citrix rep, you get gotoassist for a lot less than the list price.
I'm sure screen-connect do similar.
@DustinB3403 Turns out I can't spell imgur
Is this what you are looking for?

Unless I'm missing something.
So, LastPass sent out a survey and just for fun, I tested the variations on page 1.
You are only eligible for the survey if you have a degree, if you state any other option, you are not eligible. I guess the non degree user base has no opinion on how the product could be shaped.
sigh

Thank you! I think that is what I am looking for. I am so out of practice doing this stuff.....
Find a new minion
Never got as far as servers. Though it did do the strangest things on Windows desktop clients. Different OSes, different issues.
Combined with the cost, It's on the no buy list for now.
Self proclaimed data centre expert on BBC world news right now. (Business section)
"HP had over-taken Lenovo in the laptop and desktop space because HP are so innovative with their two different companies and"
Blah blah blah, suck up to HP reseller talk.
What he failed to mention was the mass of people not buying Lenovo due to security.
About to buy Ubiquiti switches to replace layer 3 HP 10/100s.
Probably 3 devices, 2 in the main building, 3rd in the second building over Fibre. 70-80 network points in total.
Going to be fun Let's hope I don't regret the purchase.

But for those, I'll usually use an AMD Radeon card for the video editing, or an NVIDIA card for gaming.
This is madness if the end user has Premier Pro for software. Nvidia cards with CUDA acceleration are a beast. You'd never look at Radeon with Premier Pro.
Except Ubiquiti basically don't exist in the UK.
All of their "Major resellers/distributors" on their website, barely carry enough stock of switches, they carry loads of POE but little non POE.
And none of them carry a 48 port edge switch. 24 is the most I can get.
@scottalanmiller said:
That's the POE version. So I'm paying £300 more for POE features I don't need
The UK local guys have all the POE versions, just lacking the non POE switches. But thanks though

www.4gon.co.uk is where we buy ours from. Seem to have good stock, well at least when i'm buying stuff.
I checked out their site last night but could not see it, now I do:
http://www.4gon.co.uk/ubiquiti-edgeswitch-lite-48-port-p-6583.html
One is POE, the other is not.
That's the only difference I see listed.
Reboot. Issue still exists.
This has been a good test of trying to use Windows without a keyboard, not a good experience being unable to search. Nothing is available to click.
I actually had to phone others and ask "What did you do to my machine" as it's on the domain
I'm booked!
Got a discount code for early bird rate. Going to give it another shot.
Anyone else going?
