The BIOS "power saving" discussion can be found here. I recently changed my setting from DAPC ==> Performance ==> PPW/OS.
FWIW, the noise from the fans was more than I liked for my home office environment when set to Performance.

- Groups, where the email is delivered to the individual group members
- Shared mailbox, where multiple people can receive and reply as that entity

I switched to Bitwarden (from Roboform) a while back, and it seems to do everything I need.
