@dustinb3403 Looks like SW has totally exceeded your expectations! LOL
I wonder if you have to logout for the issue to present itself?
Is there a way to "ignore" a forum category?
Edit: I figured it out. For anyone interested, go into that forum category and the "unwatch" it.
Looks like they finally got you pegged! LOL

In addition to the "contact" for a ticket (personally I think that this should be owner) there needs to be a list of stakeholders. Some systems just call this the CC list. People to be copied and that get access to view the ticket, but are not the owners. It's "people of interest". People that should be alerted to ticket status or whatever.
I don't like the word owner for the user that created a ticket. owner is the tech working/responsible for the ticket.
Makes sense. Is Contact a good term, though? Doesn't feel right.
Maybe something like Requester or Submitter?
@nerdydad You know, one can be both correct and crazy.
We ran Vipre for years, but it's effectiveness seemed to suffer when they were sold to GFI. FWIW, we switched to Webroot several years ago and have been satisfied with it.
Maybe this earlier discussion will help.

Seems out of place to me. If anything, it should be the last column of numbers, not the first.
