Proxmox is great been using it for a couple of years with little to no issues. The new Ceph wizard makes setting up Ceph quick and easy. It has Incremental backups but I prefer to just replicate VM to another node.

H, I Have worked with this software before and I was able to buy support. However that was a couple years ago and looks like the software was sold to another company. But there should be a way to export the customers and import them. I will do some checking and get back to you.

@scottalanmiller The issue is getting Let's Encrypt - SSL Certificates to work behind the nginx proxy. Are you using only the global settings AS/AV? Or are you using other installed tools. Still find spam emails counts are high with just those settings.

True, However they should still remember the password after a few tries they should get it. Users comes in all shapes so this as simple as it is will not work for all users.

Using NATO phonetic alphabet with a symbol and or number is what I usually recommend. So for example 'John Doe' could be 'JuliettDelta!'

@JaredBusch I saw that, sure the info will come in useful for future projects . This weekend hopefully I can move to the ER4 with no major issues. All I am left to do is move firewall rules across/ port forwards to the ER4 and setup VPN.
