I am using PDQ Deploy Pro to install Office 2016 x86 and x64 in my environment. I followed the following steps from Admin Arsenal. The 32 bit version works 100%fine. However the 64 bit hangs up and eventually times out after an hour.

      http://support.adminarsenal.com/entries/98600118-Deploy-Office-2016-using-the-Microsoft-Office-Customization-Tool

      Troubleshooting steps:

      • Rebuilt the MSP file at least 10 times to ensure I had the correct settings. I built one for each using the installer for the specific verstion (64bit setup for 64bit MSP)

      • I have confirmed the key is correct. Both the 32bit and 64bit use the same volume license key. As a sanity check I was able to verify the key on a 64bit manual install

      • I tried multiple 64 bit PCs to ensure It wasn't one PC. I rebooted these PCs and tried again on them.

      • The network locations are the same except one is nested in x86 and the other nested in x64. I have verified the permissions are identical.

      • I have also tried using the 32 bit MSP with the 64 bit install since it worked. I am not sure if that would work anyway, but I figured I would try it. It didn't work so I plugged the 64 bit MSP back into the install.

@scottalanmiller Do you know the PDQ Guys? It would be cool to get them over here since there was another thread on PDQ yesterday.
