@scottalanmiller I don't do mornings that well. During the day is on a day by day basis. Definitely a night owl. And it just took me almost a minute to write basis because I can't keep my eyes open, fingers won't type and can't think straight...

Welcome back guys hahaha I'm happy now I'm not alone again

Good morning!

Awesome. That doesn't happen for you very often. Get some sleep!
-
@scottalanmiller I wish.. Well still working with ISO update Stuff
-
@scottalanmiller sleep? what is it ?
-
I need sleep to function. Not a morning person, but I get up and make it happen. Sometimes this means 2-3 cups of coffee.
I start getting sleepy anywhere between 2200 and 2300 hours. -
People tell me I'm not a morning person, but in reality I dislike walking in the door at the office and having people stop me on the way to my desk... come on.. let me at least get my coat off!
-
@Dashrender AMEN!
-
im pretty much good to go from 6am to 11pm
-
@Hubtech I did wake up. Decided to forgo the caffeine @minion-queen. I'm doing well and now at day 20 and going strong!
-
When I have a convention that I know I'm not going to get much sleep at (think DragonCon) I'll normally stop drinking coffee about 6 weeks out so caffeine will return to having a decent effect on me while I'm at the con.
-
@Dashrender At Spiceworld 2013, didn't need caffeine. I had pure adrenaline fueling me.
-
I'm just hoping I get to attend SW 2014... I couldn't go last year because we rolled out a new piece of software.
-
@Dashrender Yea...hopefully this year's is much less eventful for us...don't ask...

I start getting sleepy anywhere between 2200 and 2300 hours.I had the same thing happen to me - I found Vitamin B12 tablets at GNC - 1000mg - put one under my tounge (remember doing acid in the 60's?) and within a few minutes, I have my natural energy level back - no crash either - I love it! It was so bad in the afternoon for me, I felt like I could just lay down and go to sleep - I no longer have that issue with the B12 caplets. I've tried the walmart brand because they are cheaper, but not the same effect, so I only buy from GNC.

For a long time, I was truly a night person. Then I made the transition to being a 'morning' person, where my day normally started around 4:30 am. Now, due to my work schedule, I'm an evening/night person.
A.J. if your body needs sleep (usually 7-8 hours) then caffeine is only going to help a little bit. You can't 'bank' sleep or 'catch up' on sleep either. You use it or lose it. Kind of difficult sometimes.
