Following Threads

I like that we now have the ability to "subscribe" to threads. If I post to a thread, I have it set, by default, that I will then be subscribed to it and get a notification of new posts. However, there are a few exceptions to this...
The Random Thread and What Are You Doing Right Now threads are the primary ones. I check these but if there are 3 pages of posts between when I check, I don't want a huge list of notifications drowning out other notifications that I actually want. Not sure how we'd fix this but that's my gripe.

Just unfollow those (aka unwatch.) Does that not fix the issue? Or what you post it watches the thread again?

Exactly. The next time I post, it re-watches the thread. Again and again and again...

Did this get fixed because I just posted in the Random Thread and the What Are You Doing threads and it didn't watch them automatically?
