I watched a friend play Witcher 3, that game looks really amazing.
It is very well done - the controller input is a bit laggy, which takes some time to get used to, but everything else is polished to a high sheen.

I never have the down time, but when I happen to, it's still Minecraft and/or GTA5.
I didn't know that you had GTA5. What system do you have it on? It's on my wishlist for the PC, but I'm waiting for the price to drop before buying it, plenty to play before then.
I have it on PS3 and Mike has it on PC.

GTA V is still my game of the year and best game of all time to date though.
-
Older stuff because I'm time poor and haven't upgraded my PC in ages. (Still rocking a GTX 260)
Mostly Skyrim, Mass Effect 2 and a little of Mass Effect 3.
I still like to load up Desert Combat (Battlefield 1942 mod) and use the Howitzer as AA -
I'm actually playing through Mass Effect 2. I really don't like the Origin launcher... that's the only reason I have to reboot back into Windows at the moment, lol.
I'm also playing through Dust: An Elysian Tale. That's a fun game too with an excellent story (and humorous in bits too).

My six year old is playing through that one. She loves it.

I loved that game too, although it kept crashing in between the first and second boss fights, so I gave up trying to get to the end.

Have not seen it crash so far.
-
They probably patched it by now - this was back when the game first came out.
-
One of the many advantages to me buying my games long after they have already been out and patched.

True - you should join this subreddit: reddit.com/r/patientgamers

Ha ha, that's hilarious.
-
I'm trying to catch up with you but you keep buying so many. I'm up to around 450 games now.
-
I've slowed down a lot, mostly because I already own everything I'd want to play
-
Way more than everything that you want to play, I am guessing!
-
I still have nearly 60 items on my wish lists.
-
I spent a lot of this last weekend playing Civilization: Beyond Earth with the new Rising Tide expansion.
Just like the expansions for Civ 4 and Civ 5, they added a ton of new content that really changes how the game is played. I've been enjoying the revamped diplomacy system and the new artifact system they put in - it's feeling a lot more like a modern update to Alpha Centauri now, versus the reskinned Civ 5 it felt like when I first played it.
-
I bought Dying Light last weekend and it has been a TON of fun playing. I typically suck at 1st person games but this one has been easy to adapt to. Plus, slashing zombies with a machete is awesome! I have a few other games I bounce between too. Cities: Skyline, Atlantica Online, Diablo3, and Minecraft.
-
Anyone looking to play on a modded MC server that I run?
I've seen a few people mention is, besides me.

I won Dyling Light w the "play as a zombie" add on from SW... one day, I might get around to playing anything (damn home ownership).
