      This Week, me got this error when sending email to customer**

      *Details
      There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

      The following organization rejected your message: myesmtp.

      MyESMTP #<MyESMTP #5.2.0 SMTP; 550-This message was rejected because it is similar to spam samples.> #SMTP#*

      my Question:

      1. Do My ESMTP causing this problem ??
      2. Do my SMTP causing this problem ??
      3. How this is possible "similiar to spam samples" ??

      when user send with long subject , they always got postmaster , detail below :

      but, if i tried to sent email with subject "test email", result :
      no postmaster and they replied my email .

      really curious about this issue .

        EMSTP is the email protocol and has nothing to do with your email being rejected. The email was delivered and the recipient's system looked at it and decided that it looked like SPAM.

          That's not something we can answer. It simply means that they have SPAM samples that looked too much like the email that they received. Nothing more to it than that.

              That's the organization name. It's probably the name of their SPAM filter.
