South Indian Ocean has seen a record number of major hurricanes this season

The storms this season have been especially strong.
By some measures, it has been the busiest South Indian Ocean hurricane season on record. In terms of damage and major hurricanes, it appears to have been the worst in modern history.

That is freaking awesome, go DoJ for recognizing a total abuse of power for a worthless director trying to cheat the system to create a perception of remaining relevant. What a total jerk and cheater than guy is.

Such guarantees would need to be offered within a multinational framework, he added, following talks near Vladivostok in Russia's far east.
