      I am having one issue at IBM server x3200,I have attached the DSA log screenshot please verify this and provide me suggestion to overcome the issue.The issue said by the user is that server is switched out many times.I saw the critical event in DSA log.PLease verify this log Screenshot from 2015-03-13 12:57:39.png

        Looks like you just need to install the intelligent platform driver from IBM.

          I agree, the message explains everything. The IPMI driver has not been installed yet. They even provide a link for more information.
