Ah, crap. I know it's a wee problem but it'll take them a while to fond something to go on as it's probably the biggest brown-out that the area has ever seen.
Perhaps, this is a result of the citizens were giving back to society that which they were given and it back-fired gloriously. I doubt we'll ever know flushure. -
