I used to use Adobe Production Premium CS6 (and CS5 & CS5.5) on Windows 7 SP1 no problem with the install when I did it. I would tend to think it's something odd on your configuration or your windows install causing this error.

CS6 is pretty new, all things considered. It hasn't reached EOL yet, I know that. CS6 was the last release before Creative Cloud.

Hello all who actually gives a....well you know. With the help of all of you, I actually figured out what was the other issue. My Data 1 file was corrupted. I since then fixed it and now I"m happy. Once again thank you for all the love you shared with me on this venture. I'm sure I'll be picking all of you brains again. Thank you so much!
