Create Microsoft account with Gmail

Greetings, friends. This is my first time posting here, and I'm doing it in response to a need. I'm hoping for better responses from you. Is it possible to set up a Microsoft account using Gmail, guys? If this is the case, please assist me in obtaining this position.

@Leebeard Sadly, MS says "no". Here is their quote:
"At this time, you cannot use your Google credentials to sign in to your Microsoft account, but you can use your Gmail address as a way to prove who you are. To add your Gmail address as a way to sign in, go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.
You can no longer add your Gmail mailbox to your Outlook.com account, but you can use the free Outlook mobile app to show all mailboxes together."

Thanks for replying, and for the suggestions also. Because before that, I didn't know about the information you provided. However, I did a Google search yesterday and found this. According to that, it is possible to do the job. Please tell me, can I follow the instructions? Or please tell me if it is true or not.

Only way to know is to try following it. I've not done it, I don't need MS accounts. Just give it a try and let us know.
