Cant get Rocket.Chat Snap to send SMTP emails

I am using third party service and tried both

SMTP2GO
and
sendinblue

And It is showing icon that emails got send but not receiving! Digital ocean + ubuntu 18 18.04

Issue not with snap, command line ssmtp does not send as well
