Those of you that use NC heavily - How do you feel it handles version control? I have a client that is leaning heavily towards using NC and they are concerned with version control in the sense that they need to be able to revert back to a previous file if one is overwritten inadvertently. That is one of their pain points now as there are many users accessing the same files for different reasons. I know NC should handle this but looking for input from those who rely on NC every day.

What do you want to know about the versioning? We have it and it works well for us. We use NC heavily, can't say that we look at the versioning too often. But we use it and it works.

The main concern is if a file is overwritten, that it will actually retrieve a previous version of the file. I know the functionality is there. Just wondering if it functions as intended or has issues.

Yes, that's versioning in any form, and yes it has worked for us. I've never seen it fail.
