Do I have a power supply problem?

I usually don't muck around much but I found these in the event log (IPMI webpage) on a Supermicro server.
What do you think? Is this something to worry about?

Update your BIOS and check again.
It could be normal, BMC reporting incorrect values which trigger an alarm.
Does the system crash ever? -
@momurda No, it never crashes. And it has dual power supplies.

Seeing the dates, is there a pattern? Like does it keep on going up to this year, 2018?

No, these were the only dates.
But I will update the bios/ipmi just in case it is a software problem as @momurda suggested.Come to think of it, I'm not even sure the -12V in the power supply is even used anymore.

It is more like CMOS battery or other component.
