The hole that Facebook has dug for itself is getting deeper and deeper. The deep ties between Facebooks' data theft and Cambridge Analytica's criminal use and treacherous interventions in democracies is now strongly solidified as Palantir, a company owned by a Facebook board member, has been discovered to have been the company that trained Cambridge Analytica on its illegal activities and how to acquire the information that Facebook claims it did not let them have. There is now a direct insider information and money connection between all of the parties.

Honestly, it's time for the government to be investigating treason here.
